针具交换对注射吸毒者艾滋病知、信、行的影响研究

目的:分析针具交换项目的开展对注射吸毒人群(IDU)艾滋病知、信、行的影响,为针具交换工作的进一步开展提供参考。方法:对静脉注射吸毒人群的知、信、行开展基线调查和评估调查。结果:IDU对针具交换工作的认识有明显改变,对危险行为总体知晓率上升了15.76%,对降低危险措施知晓率上升了32.57%,每支针具使用的次数、共针率均显著低于基线调查,最后1次性行为安全套使用率上升了44.62%。结论:在IDU中开展针具交换活动并进行有针对性的干预,有助于改变吸毒人员的认知、信念和行为,从而控制艾滋病传播。

Ettectiveness of Needle Exchange on the AIDS Knowledge,Belief and Behaviors Among the Inject Drug Users

Objective:To analysis the effectiveness of needle exchange on the AIDS knowledge, belief and behaviors among the inject drug users (IDUs), so as to provide scientific reference for a step further of the program. Methods: Baseline survey was carried out at first, another investigation was carried out for comparison to IDUs for a period of one year. The questionnaire included theirs AIDS knowledge, belief and risk behaviors.Results:The understanding to needle exchange has significant change. The rate of overall HIV/AIDS knowledge was 15.76 per cent higher than baseline; knowledge about measures how to reduce risk was 32.57 per cent higher in final survey than that of baseline survey. Frequency of use one syringe and the sharing needle rate was significantly lower in final survey. The rate of condom use in the last intercourse was significantly higher than that in baseline survey. Conclusions:Health education combined with needle exchange program can modification the knowledge, belief and behaviors among drug users. It is a good way of control the spread of HIV infection.
