口服降糖药联合地特胰岛素/甘精胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的比较

目的:观察口服药控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者加用地特胰岛素或甘精胰岛素的疗效对比。方法:选取80例口服药控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为2组,在原有口服药的基础上,一组(治疗组)睡前注射地特胰岛素,另一组(对照组)睡前注射甘精胰岛素,观察12周。结果:FBG、2hPG和HbA1c下降,在血糖达标所需时间、每天胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率方面,2组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:地特胰岛素与甘精胰岛素在控制2型糖尿病血糖方面同样安全、有效。

Therapeutic Effect Comparison of Insulin Detemir or Insulin Glargine Combined Oral Blood Glucose Lowering Drugs in Controlling Blood Glucose of Type 2 Diabetes Patients

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of insulin detemir and insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients poorly controlled by oral administration.Methods: Eighty type 2 diabetes patients poorly controlled by oral administration were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. Based on the intrinsical oral administration, insulin detemir was injected as control group while insulin glargine was injected as experimental group before retiring, which lasted 12 weeks. Results:There was no significant difference of the decreasion of FBG, 2hPG and HbA1c, the time of blood glucose up to the standard, insulin dose and the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions: Insulin glargine has the same safety and effect as insulin detemir in controlling blood glucose of type 2 diabetes patients.
