279例药品不良反应报告回顾性分析

目的分析某院药品不良反应发生的原因及特点,为临床合理用药以及药物安全性评价提供依据,促进合理用药。方法收集该院上报279例ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果 279例ADR报告中,各年龄段均有分布;给药途径以静脉滴注为主,250例,占89.61%;引起ADR最常见的药物为抗感染药物,共185例(61.67%);以皮肤及附件损害为主,占37.28%。结论药品不良反应的发生与多种因素有关,应加强ADR的监测。

Retrospective study of 279 cases of adverse drug reactions

OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes and characteristics of adverse drug reactions in our hospital,to provide the basis for clinical rational use of drugs and drug safety evaluation,to promote rational use of drug.METHODS Collected 279 cases of ADR reported in our hospital to be reviewed retrospectively.RESULTS 279 cases of ADR reports in all age groups were distributed;route of administration by intravenous infusion in 250 cases,accounting for 89.61%;the most common drug caused ADR was anti-infection drug,a total of 185 patients(61.67%);the lesion of skin and its appendages were the main,accounting for 37.28%.CONCLUSION The incidence of ADR are related to many factors,we should strengthen the ADR monitoring.
