用BED-CEIA方法检测推算玉溪市静脉吸毒人群HIV-1新近感染趋势的研究

目的用BED-CEIA方法在玉溪市静脉吸毒人群(IDUs)艾滋病监测哨点中开展HIV-1新近感染检测,估算新近感染率并了解流行趋势。方法采用连续的横断面调查方法,对玉溪市2000～2010年静脉吸毒哨点经过血清学检测确认为HIV-1抗体阳性的样本进行BED-CEIA检测,估算某一年的HIV-1新近感染率,了解新近感染率的变化趋势。结果研究样本共计2987份,检出HIV-1阳性样本483份,完成BED-CEIA检测355份,判为新近感染样本35份。2000～2010年,IDU哨点HIV-1平均感染率12.32%～21.62%,年新近感染率1.20%～8.87%。玉溪市吸毒人群HIV-1发病率从最高年限2000-2001年的8.87%逐渐下降至最低年限2010年的1.20%。结论玉溪市IDU新近感染率有持续下降趋势。

Application of BED-CEIA in estimation of incidence and trend of HIV-1 among injecting drug users in Yuxi City,Yunnan Province

OBJECTIVE The BED-CEIA assay was used in injecting drug users(IDUs)from HIV/AIDS surveillance sentinel sites in Yuxi City to identify recent HIV-1 infection,to estimate HIV-1 incidence and to understand the epidemic trends.METHODS Serum specimens were collected from IDUs under a cross sectional study in Yuxi from 2000 to 2010.The specimens confirmed with HIV-1 positive were tested with BED-CEIA to get resent HIV-1 infection data,then the annual HIV-1 incidence was calculated and the trends of HIV-1 incidence were observed.RESULTS 2 987 serum specimens were collected and 483 specimens were confirmed as HIV-1 positive.355 positive specimens were tested with BED-CEIA and 35 specimens were identified as recent infections.The average HIV-1 prevalence among IDUs was 12.32%-21.62% from 2000 to 2010 and the annual incidence was 1.20%-8.87%.HIV-1 incidence was declined gradually from 8.87%(2000-2001)to 1.20%(2010)in IDUs in Yuxi.CONCLUSION The HIV-1incidence rate among IDUs shows a steadily decrease,and we can estimate the epidemic trends of HIV-1 in Yuxi City by appraise incidence and prevalence of HIV/AIDS surveillance sentinel sites synthetically.
