雷米普利对高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗、血浆内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽变化的影响

目的探讨雷米普利对高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗、血浆内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽变化的影响。方法共纳入120例高血压病患者,平均分为两组,A组给予雷米普利治疗,B组给予硝苯地平治疗。所有研究对象均于治疗前后检测空腹血糖,空腹胰岛素,血浆内皮素(ET)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平。结果 A组(雷米普利组)明显优于B组(硝苯地平组),总有效率分别为86.7%及76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后两组患者的IRI、ET、CGRP均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);与B组相比,A组患者在治疗后IRI、ET、CGRP改善效果更明显,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论雷米普利可以有效降低高血压病患者的血压水平,且治疗后IRI、ET、CGRP均有明显改善,值得临床推广应用。对高血压病患者进行早期雷米普利干预是必要的。

Effect of Ramipril on changes of insulin resistance,plasma endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide in hypertension patients

OBJECTIVE To investigate effect of Ramipril on changes of insulin resistance,plasma endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide in hypertension patients.METHODS 120 hospitalized patients with hypertension were enrolled.Divided them into two groups,A group was given Ramipril treatment,group B was given nifedipine treatment.All participants’ fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin,plasma endothelin(ET)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)level were detected before and after treatment.RESULTS Group A(ramipril group)was obviously superior to group B(nifedipine group),the total effective rate was 86.7% and 76.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);after treatment,patients’ IRI,ET,CGRP in two groups were greatly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);compared with the group B,improvements of IRI ET,CGRP in group A after treatment were apparent,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Ramipril can effectively reduce the high blood pressure patients’ blood pressure level,and after treatment,the IRI,ET,CGRP are greatly improved.Early Ramipril intervention for high blood pressure patients is necessary.
