南昌市青少年健康危险行为现况分析

目的了解南昌市不同青少年群体中各类健康危险行为的流行现状,为相关部门制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取南昌市9所大、中院校共计3800名学生进行问卷调查。结果有效数据3757例,其中36.5%的学生偏食;30.7%的学生在过去1周内没有坚持每天吃早餐;30.3%的学生尝试过吸烟;57.3%的学生喝过酒;27.2%的学生在过去1周内从未进行过任何中等强度的体育运动;骑车闯红灯、乱穿马路的学生占10.3%;过去12个月内,有25.0%的学生曾与人动手打架;40.9%的学生曾经因担心某事而失眠;14.0%曾有意伤害过自己;14.5%的学生曾认真考虑过自杀;3.8%的学生曾采取措施自杀;14.5%的学生曾经受过严重伤害。结论南昌市青少年中存在较多的健康危险行为,相关部门应及时采取相应措施,降低健康危险行为的发生率。

Analysis on the risk Behaviors Related to Injury of Adolescent in Nanchang

OBJECTIVE To study the risk behaviors related to accidental injury of adolescent in Nanchang,and provide scientific evidence for the preventive measures.METHODS Muti-stage sampling survey was conducted to 9 schools from junior high schools,senior high schools and universities.3 800 students had been investigated through uniform questionnaire.RESULTS 3 757 cases were effective.36.5% of the students were partial eclipse;30.7% of the students had not to insist on eating breakfast everyday in the past week;30.3% of the students had tried to smoke.57.3% of the students had tried to drink.27.2% of the students had no intermediate-strength physical training in the past week;10.3% of the students had ran a red light or cross roads randomly;25.0% of the students had fought with each other in the past year;40.9% of the students had fell in insomnia for worried about something;14.0% of the students had intend harmed themselves;14.5% of the students had thought about suicide;3.8% of the students had taken some way to suicide.14.5% of the students had suffered serious injuries.CONCLUSION Health risk behaviors of adolescents in Nanchang were serious.It is important to formulate some measures to decrease the injuries.
