合肥市2008～2010年手足口病流行病学特征分析

目的了解合肥市手足口病的流行现状及流行病学特征,为有效控制手足口病疫情提供科学依据。方法收集2008～2010年合肥市手足口病全部病例信息进行流行病学分析,并对部分病例进行实验室检测。结果 3年间合肥市共发生手足口病16455例,其中重症病例220例,死亡6例,且发病率逐年上升。男女比例为1.77︰1。发病主要集中于5岁以下年龄组,占88.5%;人群分布以散居儿童和托幼儿童为主。4～7月份出现明显的发病高峰。病原学检测以EV71感染为主,阳性率达54.4%。结论合肥市手足口病人群、时间、病原学分布特征明显,可据此制定综合性干预措施。

Epidemiological analysis of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Hefei during 2008-2010

OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Hefei City and to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control of HFMD.METHODS Collected and analyzed the data of all patients with HFMD in Hefei City during 2008-2010.Laboratory testing was performed on all severe cases,all agminated cases and part of general cases.RESULTS 16 455 cases were reported in the last three years,while 220 were severe cases and 6 were died.An upward trend was found on morbidity of HFMD year by year.Male and female were in the ratio of 1.77︰1.88.5% cases were younger than 5 years old and 96.9% were nursery and kindergarten children or live scattered kids.The peak appeared from April to June.HFMD in Hefei City was mainly caused by human enterovirus 71(HEV71),positive rate was 54.4%.CONCLUSION HFMD in Hefei has unique epidemiological characteristics,comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and control the epidemic of HFMD.
