消化系统恶性肿瘤病人检测血清同型半胱氨酸的临床意义分析

目的分析探讨消化系统恶性肿瘤病人检测血清同型半胱氨酸的临床意义。方法对某院2008年1月～2010年12月收治的88例5种消化系统恶性肿瘤病人及30例经健康检查的正常人员采用全自动化学发光免疫分析方法检测其血清Hcy、FA、VitB12水平。结果 5种消化系统恶性肿瘤病人的血清Hcy、FA明显高于对照组血清Hcy、FA(P均﹤0.01);5种消化系统恶性肿瘤病人的血清VitB12水平稍微下降,但其差异无统计学意义(P均﹥0.05)。结论 5种消化系统恶性肿瘤病人的血清Hcy、FA发生显著的变化,可能与消化系统恶性肿瘤的存在密切相关。

Analysis of clinical significance for the detection of serum homocysteine for digestive system cancer patients

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical significance for the detection of serum homocysteine for digestive system cancer patients.METHODS 88 cases of digestive system cancer patients and 30 healthy cases in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were used automatic chemiluminescent immunoassay to detect the levels of serum Hcy,FA,VitB12.RESULTS The serum Hcy,FA of 5 kinds of digestive system cancer patients were significantly higher than the control group(P﹤0.01).The levels of serum VitB12 of five kinds of digestive system cancer patients decreased slightly,but the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION The changes of five kinds of digestive system cancer patient’s serum Hcy,FA have a significant change,and it may be closely related to the presence of malignant tumors of digestive system.
