动车组乘务员心理健康状况调查

目的研究高速铁路动车组乘务员的心理健康状况。方法采取整群抽样方法抽取郑州铁路局200名动车组乘务员,进行基本情况调查,用SPSS进行统计分析。结果心理症状阳性者158人,占调查人数的84.95%,阳性检查率最高的是强迫和焦虑,各因子均分和总分都高于全国常模以及普通列车乘务员得分,差异具有统计学意义。结论动车组乘务员心理健康水平低于普通机车乘务员及全国常模。说明动车组乘务员承受着更大的心理压力。

Survey on the mental health conditon of the CRH crew member

OBJECTIVE To investigate the mental health conditon of the CRH crew members.METHODS Basic information of 200 CRH crew member chosen by cluster sampling were collected and SPSS was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS 158 cases with positive psychological symptoms accounted for 84.95% of those surveyed,with compulsory and anxiety ranked the first two factors leading to the mental health symptoms.The average scores and total scores of factors were higher than the national norm,and there were statistical significances compared with ordinary trains crew.CONCLUSION The mental health of the CRH crew members is worse than ordinary locomotive crew and the national norm,which shows CRH crew member have huge mental pressure.
