无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术在腹股沟斜疝中的临床疗效对比分析

目的:比较无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术在腹股沟斜疝治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月～2011年1月间我院收治的68例腹股沟斜疝的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例,对照组采用传统疝修补术,观察组采用无张力疝修补术,对2组的效果进行比较。结果:2组在手术时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组在患者下床时间、住院时间以及术后并发症和复发情况方面均优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝具创伤小、患者痛苦小、术后恢复快、并发症小、复发率低等优点,可作为腹股沟疝手术治疗的首选方法。

Comparative Analysis of the Clinical Effects of Tension-free Hernioplasty and Traditional Hernia Repair in the Treatments of Indirect Inguinal Hernia

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernia repair in the treatments of indirect inguinal hernia.Methods:68 patients with indirect inguinal hernia in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.In control group,34 patients were treated by traditional hernia repair and in observation group,34 patients were treated by no tension mesh hernia repair.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than the control group,mainly reflected in:hospital stays,postoperative complication and recidivation rates.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of the operating time of both groups were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating indirect inguinal hernia patients by tension-free hernioplasty,the wound and pain are les,recovery is fast,complications and recidivation are low.It can be the preferred method for treating indirect inguinal hernia.
