血管回声跟踪技术在定量评价青年吸烟者颈总动脉弹性功能的应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术(E-Tracking技术,简称ET)定量评价青年吸烟者早期颈总动脉弹性功能的应用价值。方法应用血管回声跟踪技术检测82位大学生(其中吸烟组39人,非吸烟组43人,全部为男性)双侧颈总动脉血管收缩期最大内径(Ds)、血管舒张期最大内径(Dd)、弹性系数(Ep)、僵硬度(β)、顺应性(AC)、增大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)、中段内中膜厚度和窦部内中膜厚度。结果与非吸烟组相比,吸烟组的Ds、Dd、Ep、β、AC、AI、PWVβ、中段内中膜厚度和窦部内中膜厚度差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论应用血管回声跟踪技术检测青年吸烟者颈总动脉时尚未发现其早期血管弹性功能的降低。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the value of E-Tracking technology in quantitatively carotid elasticity function in young smokers. METHODS The study population included 82 male college students with 39 smokers and 43 nonsmokers. With the E-Tracking technology,the following parameters of the each common carotid arteries(CCA)were assessed:internal systolic diameter(Ds),internal diastolic diameter(Dd),pressure-strain elasticity modulus(Ep),stiffness parameter(β),arterial compliance(AC),augmentation index(AI),one-point pulse wave velocity(PWVβ),inner membrane thickness of common carotid arteries’ middle segment and inner membrane thickness of common carotid arteries’ sinus part. RESULTS Compared with the nonsmokers’ group,Ds,Dd,Ep,β,AC,AI,PWVβ and inner membrane thickness of common carotid arteries’ middle segment and inner membrane thickness of common carotid arteries’ sinus part of the smokers had no significant difference(P﹥0.05). CONCLUSION The E-Tracking technology still can’t be used to assess the early reduce of the young smokers’ carotid elasticity function.
