铁复合剂对武术运动员运动性贫血的干预效果

摘    要:目的武术运动主要是以氧供能为主的体育运动,要求运动员有较高的有氧能力。方法本研究纳入武术运动员中为研究对象,完全随机分配为试验组和对照组,试验组为运动性贫血运动员,对照组为正常运动员。在运动员正常训练期间给予试验组运动员铁复合制剂治疗,并服用12周,对照组服用安慰剂治疗。观察实验前和试验后运动员相关红细胞数,血红蛋白浓度和红细胞压积,血清铁、血清铁蛋白以及铁转蛋白,以及铁复合剂对相关指标的影响。结果研究结果表明女性运动性贫血明显多于男性运动性贫血,实验前贫血组红细胞相关指标、血清铁、血清铁蛋白浓度均低于正常对照组,服用铁复合剂后运动员的红细胞相关指标,血清铁,血清铁蛋白浓度与实验前相比显著性提高并达到正常值,而血清转铁蛋白显著性的降低。结论铁复合剂能有效的改善武术运动员体内铁紊乱,提高血红蛋白水平和机体铁的贮备量,最终改善武术运动员中的运动性贫血。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE The track and field sports are based on the aerobic capacity,and it requires the athletes to have high aerobic capacity. Our study included the track and field athletes,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. METHODS The athletes with sports anemia were regarded as experimental group,and the normal athletes were collected as controls. During the normal training period,the experimental group were administered with iron compound sport nutrition,and treated with 12 weeks,and the controls were treated with placebo. We observed the RBC,Hb,HCT,serum iron,serum ferritin and TRF before and after experiment,and observed the effect of iron compound sport nutrition on these indexes. RESULTS Our results indicated the female sports anemia athletes are significantly more than males. Before experimental,the related RBC indexes,serum iron and serum ferritin were significantly lower than the normal controls,and after treatment,the related indexes significantly increased and reached normal range,while the TRF was significantly decreased. CONCLUSION The iron compound sport nutrition could significantly improve the iron metabolism disorders,improve the Hb level and the level of iron,and finally improve the sports anemia among athlete.
