应用脊柱定点旋转复位手法治疗腰椎管狭窄症

目的:观察应用脊柱定点旋转复位手法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效并探讨其机制。方法:应用脊柱定点旋转复位手法治疗腰椎管狭窄病人72例,其中男性35例、女性37例,年龄35~71岁,平均年龄40.36岁。按患者主观疼痛症状、直腿抬高实验(SLR)、脊柱活动度及负重运动距离,比较治疗前后评分结果并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后按患者主观疼痛症状、直腿抬高实验(SLR)、脊柱活动度及负重运动距离评分明显增加。经随访6~18个月,无症状复发。结论:应用脊柱定点旋转复位手法重建脊柱内外平衡,能够有效改善硬模囊及神经根受压情况。达到治疗效果。

Treatment of the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis with FENG's Spinal Manipulation and Chinese Medicinal Materials Iontophoresis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis with FENG’s spinal manipulation and Chinese medicinal materials iontophoresis. Methods: 68 patients(32 males and 36 females, age from 31-72 years old, average age was 42.3 years old.) suffering from lumbar spinal stenosis accepted FENG’s spinal manipulation and Chinese medicinal materials iontophoresis treatment. The clinical results were measured by the Japanese and FENG’s lumbar treatment standard and evaluated by scoring system for assessment of treatment for subjective symptom, straight-leg raising test, spinal mobility and weight loading movement distance between pre and post treatment. Results: The score of subjective symptoms , straight-leg raising test, spinal mobility and weight loading movement distance increased obviously after treatment. We followed up 6-18 months, no recrudescence. Conclusion: FENG’s spinal manipulation could correct the vertebral anatomy and compensation position, and alleviate distortion and tension of dura and nerve root, and contribute to the recovery of the spinal column’s stability.
