| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒芬太尼、芬太尼对心外科手术术中应激反应的影响。方法选取2010年10月～2011年9月于某院进行治疗的40例进行心外科手术的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(舒芬太尼组)20例和对照组(芬太尼组)20例,后将两组患者不同时间的收缩压、舒张压和心率的变化情况进行统计及比较。结果观察组患者不同时间的收缩压、舒张压和心率的变化情况明显优于对照组,均P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论舒芬太尼在对心外科手术术中应激反应的影响效果比芬太尼的影响效果好,应在心外科手术术中广泛使用舒芬太尼。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the effect of sufentanil and fentanyl on the stress response of patients in cardiac surgery.METHODS From October 2010 to September 2011 in our hospital,40 patients treated with cardiac surgery were randomly divided into the sufentanil group and the fentanyl group.The systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups of were compared.RESULTS The systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the sufentanil group were improved significantly than those of the fentanyl group,P﹤0.05.CONCLUSION The effect of sufentanil in the stress response of patients in heart surgery is better than that of fentanyl,and sufentanil should be widely used in heart surgery. |
