武警某部新兵艾滋病健康教育研究

目的研究健康教育对武警战士艾滋病相关知识态度行为的影响,为探讨武警部队艾滋病健康教育模式提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法抽取武警某部1500名新兵,采取专家专题巡讲、网页与传播材料制作、规范培训骨干等方式进行为期1年的健康教育,比较干预前后战士艾滋病相关知识知晓率和相关态度、行为持有率。结果干预后艾滋病基本知识知晓率、态度及行为持有率高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。战士最受欢迎的教育方式依次是讲座、录像、手册、活动或游戏、集体讨论、展板、折页。最佳受教育时间依次为平时加强、新兵入伍。69.2%的战士认为健康教育效果很好。结论采取多样化的健康教育方式能积极促进战士艾滋病相关知识知晓率的提高和态度、行为的改变。

Research of health education on AIDS in recruits of Armed Police Forces

OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of health education on AIDS related knowledge attitude and practice in CPAPF(Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces).To provide scientific evidences for making health education mode of preventing AIDS in CPAPF.METHODS Cluster sampling was used to select 1 500 CPAPF recruits.Used the approach of expert lecture,making web page and materials,training pioneers for one year health education,compared the awareness rate of related knowledge attitude,practice to AIDS before and after intervention.RESULTS The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge,attitude,practice after intervention was significantly higher than before(P﹤0.05).CPAPF soldier’s favorite education patterns were lectureship,video,handbook,games,discussion,folding.69.2% of soldiers accepted the health education.CONCLUSION Active health education can improve awareness rates of AIDS related knowledge and change attitude,practice.
