知柏地黄汤剂加减合并西医疗法治疗阴虚火旺型口腔扁平苔藓的临床研究

目的观察知柏地黄汤剂加减合并西医疗法治疗阴虚火旺型口腔扁平苔藓的的临床疗效。方法 96例阴虚火旺型口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别使用知柏地黄汤剂加减合并西医疗法与纯西医疗法治疗,跟踪回访6个月。结果治疗组痊愈15例,痊愈率30.61%;显效18例,显效率36.74%,总有效率67.35%。对照组痊愈6例,痊愈率12.77%;显效8例,显效率17.02%,总有效率29.79%。经SAS9.1.3软件统计分析,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论知柏地黄汤剂加减合并西医疗法治疗口腔扁平苔藓中远期疗效较好。

The clinical study on the treatment of OLP with hyperactivity fire due to yin deficiency syndrome by combination of the modified Zhi-bo-di-huang Decoction and western medical therapies

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of combined therapy of the modified Zhi-bo-di-huang Decoction and western medical therapies on OLP with hyperactivity fire due to yin deficiency syndrome.METHODS 96 cases of OLP with hyperactivity fire due to yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group which were treated with combination of Zhi-bo-di-huang Decoction and western medicine or only western medical therapies respectively,and all cases were followed up for 6 months.RESULTS 15 cases were recovered in treatment group,and the cure rate was 30.61%;18 cases were significantly improved,and the effective rate was 36.74%,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 67.35%.6 cases were recovered in control group,and the cure rate was 12.77%;8 cases were significantly improved,and the effective rate was 17.02%,The total effective rate of the control group was 29.79%.SAS9.1.3 software was used to analyze,and the result indicated that there were significantly difference between two groups(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The long-term effects of combination of modified Zhi-bo-di-huang Decoction and western medical therapies was better than the effect of only western medical therapy.
