氯化三苯基锡(TPTC)对家兔糖、脂代谢的影响及其机理的探讨

摘    要:一次经口给予 TPTC20mg/kg 或3.0和5.0mg/kg/天连续14天后,可致血糖和脂类显著增高,血胰岛素明显下降和胰岛 B 细胞的变性坏死。但对肝功、肝脂及胰岛 A 细胞、胰腺外分泌部和肝、肾结构均无明显损害。提示 TPTC 对家免胰岛 B 细胞具有明显的选择性毒效应。

Abstract:After an oral dose of TPTC at 20 mg/kg,or dailyrepeated oral doses of TPTC at 3.0 or 5.0 mg/kg for 14 consecutivedays,fasting serum glucose and lipids were found to be greatlyincreased,serum immunoreactive insulin (IRI) was lowered sharply,and degeneration and necrosis of pancreatic B-cells were observed,without damage to the hepatic function,lipid content in the liver, and structures of pancreatic A-cells,exocrine pancreas and the liverand the kidneys.It is suggested that TPTC possesses highly selectivetoxicity to pancreatic B-cells in rabbit.
