高血压健康教育在社区慢性病防治中的应用探讨

目的探讨高血压健康教育在社区慢性病防治中的应用。方法采取随机抽样的方法抽取本社区高血压患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例,对照组按照常规治疗方案实施治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上实施高血压健康教育,对两组患者的宣教效果进行比较分析。结果观察组在高血压知识掌握程度及降压效果上均明显由于对照组(98%vs 60%,90%vs 62%),P0.05,有统计学意义。结论对高血压患者实施健康教育,可有效改善患者对高血压知识的掌握程度,增强保健意识,提高治疗配合度,使其血压得到有效控制,减缓病情的发展。

Application of health education on hypertension in prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in community

Objective To investigate the application of health education on hypertension in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in community. Methods One hundred hypertensive patients were randomly selected from the community. These patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=50） and control group （n=50）. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received health education on hypertension in addition to conventional treatment. The two groups were compared in terms of treatment outcome. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher awareness of hypertension knowledge （98% vs 60%, /）〈0.05） and a significantly better antihypertensive outcome （90% vs 62%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education in hypertensive patients can effectively increase the awareness of hypertension knowledge, enhance health care consciousness, improve treatment adherence, effectively control blood pressure, and delay disease progression.
