中枢神经系统首发的主动脉夹瘤的临床分析

目的分析研究以中枢神经系统首发的AD(主动脉夹层动脉瘤)临床以及影像学特点。方法选取2011年1月-2014年3月在我院接收的以中枢神经系统表现为AD病人20例,对20例病人相关临床资料给予回顾性分析。结果以中枢神经系统为首发临床症状的AD病人占同一时期AD病人的15.87%。结论对伴有或者没有伴有胸部、腹部、腰部疼痛以及休克的中枢神经系统病理变化的病人,一定要警惕是主动脉夹层动脉瘤的可能性。

Clinical analysis of aortic dissecting aneurysm with initial symptoms in central nervous system

Objective To analyze the clinical and radiological features of aortic dissecting aneurysm （ADA） with initial symptoms in the central nervous system （CNS）. Methods Twenty ADA patients with CNS involvement admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to March 2014 were included in the study. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all ADA patients, 15.87% had initial symptoms in the CNS. Conclusion ADA should be considered for patients with or without CNS symptoms including chest pain, abdominal pain, waist pain, and shock.
