高血压病在社区的规范化管理与治疗

目的探究高血压病在社区的规范化管理与治疗办法。方法选取我社区2012年3月至2014年3月间收治的高血压病患者150例,随机地划分成对照组和观察组,对照组运用常规管理与治疗的手段,观察组开展健康教育、规范化管理与治疗,并进一步追踪随访,观察并记录病患的状况。结果观察组高血压知晓率、服用药物治疗率及血压控制率均优于对照组(P0.01)。结论对社区高血压病患者推行规范化管理与治疗,有助于增强高血压患者治疗的系统性和有效性,是降低病患血压,保障正常的生活质量,预防高血压疾病及并发症的重要手段。

Community-based standardization of management and treatment for hypertension

Objective To study the strategies in the community-based standardization of management and treatment for hypertension. Methods We selected 150 hypertensive patients admitted in our community from March 2012 to March 2013. These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the control group, the hypertensive patients were under conventional management and treatment. Meanwhile, the hypertensive patients in the observation group received health education, as well as standardized management and treatment. Moreover, further follow- up survey and observing and documenting the conditions of patients were conducted. Results The rates of hypertension awareness, drug use, and blood pressure control in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Implementation of the standardized management and treatment for patients with hypertension in the community is helpful for enhancing the systematization and effectiveness in hypertension treatment. Furthermore, the standardized management and treatment is an important and effective strategy for lowering blood pressure and preventing hypertension and associated complications, allowing patients to enjoy a better quality of life.
