血浆脑钠肽水平与冠心病合并心房颤动相关性分析

目的分析研究血浆脑钠肽水平与冠心病合并心房颤动房颤的相关性。方法回顾2011年7月到2013年11月来我院诊治的440例冠心病患者,根据是否合并心房颤动分为房颤组155例,非房颤组285例,采用ELISA法检测血浆BNP水平,比较房颤组和非房颤组血浆BNP水平。结果回顾分析房颤组患者血浆BNP水平明显高于非房颤组血浆BNP水平。结论血浆BNP水平有望成为预测冠心病患者发生房颤的重要血浆生物学标志物,因它是预测冠心病患者合并房颤的独立危险因子。

Analysis of correlation between plasma brain natriuretic peptide level and coronary heart disease complicated by atrial fibrillation

Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） level and coronary heart disease （CHD） complicated by atrial fibrillation （AF）. Methods Four hundred and forty patients with CHD, diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2011 to November 2013, were reviewed. They were divided into AF group （n=155）, who were complicated by AF, and non-AF group （n=285）, who were not complicated by AF. The ELISA method was used to measure the plasma BNP levels of the two groups, and the results were compared. Results Retrospective analysis showed that the AF group had a significantly higher plasma BNP level than the non-AF group. Conclusion Plasma BNP level is expected to be an important plasma biological marker, because it is an independent risk factor for predicting AF in patients with CHD.
