老年高血压合并心衰的治疗

目的探讨老年高血压病合并心力衰竭患者采用个性化治疗的临床效果。方法将我院2012年4月至2013年5月收治100例老年高血压合并心衰患者随机分为50例观察组和50例对照组,观察组依据每位患者的不同特点实施个性化治疗,药物治疗选择口服硝普钠联合胺碘酮;对照组采用常规治疗,药物治疗选择口服胺碘酮,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗有效率,观察组92.0%显著高于对照组76.0%,比较具有统计学差异(P0.05);高血压治疗达标率,观察组显著高于对照组,比较具有统计学差异(P0.05);并发症出现率,观察组为10.0%明显低于对照组30.0%,比较具有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论依据老年高血压合并心衰患者的不同特点实施个性化治疗,临床效果显著,降低并发症的出现,值得进行推广。

Treatment of elderly hypertension with heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individualized treatment for elderly hypertension with heart failure. Methods A total of 100 elderly hypertension patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into observation group （n=50） and control group （n=50）. The observation group received individualized treatment in which sodium nitroprusside and amiodarone were orally given, while the control group received conventional treatment in which amiodarone was orally given. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （92.0%vs 76.0%, P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher percentage of individuals with normal blood pressure after treatment （P〈0.05）. The observation group had a significantly lower rate of complications than the control group （10.0% vs 30.0%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized treatment has good clinical effect and reduces complications in elderly hypertension patients with heart failure and holds promise for clinical application.
