健康教育在高血压病人护理中的应用价值

目的分析健康教育在高血压病人中的应用价值。方法随机我院2010年1月至2013年12月间收治的高血压病人240例,按照护理方案分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予系统性健康教育,比较两组高血压知识知晓程度、用药情况、健康生活改善情况及降压情况。结果观察组病人高血压知识合格率、用药依从性、健康生活改善情况均明显优于对照组,患者降压有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论高血压病人护理中实施健康教育可有效提升患者对疾病相关知识的知晓程度,提高患者用药依从性,提高降压治疗有效性,临床推广应用价值显著。

Application value of health education in nursing care of patients with hypertension

Objective To analyze the application value of health education in patients with hypertension. Methods Two hundred and forty patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were included in this study. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group received systematic health education in addition to routine nursing. Hypertension-related knowledge, medication use, the improvement in healthy living, and the reduction in blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The qualified rate of patients＆#39; hypertension-related knowledge, medication compliance, improvement in healthy living, and response rate to antihypertensive therapy were significant higher in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of health education in nursing care of patients with hypertension can effectively improve patients＆#39; knowledge of hypertension and medication compliance, leading to an increased response to antihypertensive therapy, which implies its promise for clinical application.
