PHA、ConA、PWM对血内淋巴细胞的激活效应研究

摘    要:实验用不同浓度的PHA、ConA、PWM研究了对正常人血内淋巴细胞的激活效应,观察了PHA、ConA及PWM激活后的增殖特性。其增殖高峰分别出现在第5、4、6天。可见不同丝裂原激活的淋巴细胞各具不同的代谢活力及增殖状态。分别反映着血中不同淋巴细胞群的特性。

Abstract:In our experiments, the stimulating effect of PHA(15oug/ml), ConA (3oug/ml)and PWM(5ug/ml) on the lymphocytes in human blood and the characteristic of proliferation of the lympho-cytes activated by these mitogens were studied. The maximal proliferation ability of various activated lymphocytes was observed at day 5, 4 and 6 respectively after seeding. The result shows that the difference of the characteristics of various lymphocyte subgroups is indincated by their metabolism and proliferation ability.
