《内经》刺法治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

目的观察《内经》刺法治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法随机将414例患者分成观察组和对照组治疗,观察组采用《内经》刺法中的毛刺、远道刺、直针刺、浮刺、半刺等刺法;对照组采用西药治疗。结果观察组326例,痊愈273例,好转43例,无效10例,总有效率96．9％;对照组88例,痊愈32例,好转51例,无效5例,总有效率94.3％。观察组与对照组有效率有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论观察组临床疗效高于对照组。

Clinical observations on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis by "Internal Canon" needling method

Objective To investigate the efficacy of "Internal Canon" needling method for treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Four hundred and sixteen patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups.The observation group was treated by "Internal Canon" skin,distant,perpendicular,superficial and shallow needling methods and the control group,with Western medicine.Results Of the 326 cases of the observation group,recovery occurred in 273,improvement in 43 and ineffectiveness in 10,with a total efficacy rate of 96.9%.Of the 88 cases of the control group,recovery occurred in 32,improvement in 51 and ineffectiveness in 5,with a total efficacy rate of 94.3%.There was a very significant difference in effective rate between the observation and control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect was better in the observation group than in the control group.
