| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性中枢系统淋巴瘤(PCNSL)的临床特点。方法回顾性分析9例经病理证实的PCNSL病人的临床资料,归纳其临床、影像学特点并分析其治疗效果。结果PCNSL的临床特点及影像表现多变,临床误诊率高。结论PCNSL进展迅速,临床和影像诊断困难,主要依靠病理学检查确诊。

| Abstract: | Objictive To analyze the clinical characteritics of PCNSL. Methods The clinical data of 9 cases of PCNSL by pathological examination were reviewed, including the clinical characteristics, image characterisitics and the treatment outcome. Results PCNSL is uncommon intracranical tumor of having various clinical and radiological features. Conclusion The development of PCNSL is rapid, the diagnosis rely on the pathotogical examinations. |
