| 摘 要： | 目的分析多囊卵巢综合征的肥胖妇女患有代谢综合征的流行性扣相关特征。方法43例多囊卵巢综合征的肥胖妇女以及31例相匹配的健康肥胖妇女进行系列代谢综合征的检查。结果多囊卵巢综合征的肥胖妇女表现为卵巢体积增大、总睾酮水平和游离雄激素指数增高，血纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子水平升高和糖耐量水平的异常。但两组的腰围、空腹血糖、血压和血脂无显著性差异。26％的多囊卵巢综合征的肥胖妇女和29％的对照组肥胖妇女被诊断为代谢综合征。结论肥胖妇女更容易发生代谢综合症，伴有多囊卵巢综合征的肥胖妇女并不增加发生代谢综合症的发生率。多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者的血纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子含量显著升高，糖耐量异常发生率上升。
