| 摘 要： | 目的：应用颅面种植体解决义耳的支持与固位.方法：在每侧耳周植入3枚颅面种植体,采用杆卡式结构作为义耳的固位装置,完成种植义耳修复.结果：术后6年观察两侧共6枚种植体骨结合良好,种植义耳外形满意.结论：种植义耳是耳缺失的最佳修复方法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective:The application of extraoral implants for retention and supporting of bone-anchored auricular prostheses.Method:3extraoral implants were inserted in each side of auricular defect area.The structure of rigid bar and clip was used for retention of two auricular defect.Result:6implants in two sides have excellent osseointegration after5years observation.The patient has high levels of satisfaction with this form of rehabilita-tion.Conclusion:Bone-anchored auricular prostheses are the most favorable way for total auricular defects. |
