桑叶黄酮对糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用的研究

摘    要:目的研究桑叶黄酮的降血糖作用。方法采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶复制小鼠糖尿病模型,造模成功后分为模型组、桑叶黄酮3个剂量组,并设正常对照组。每天分别灌胃给予蒸馏水、桑叶黄酮1.00、0.50、0.25g.kg-1体重,连续6周,每周称重1次;在实验2、4和6周末各测空腹血糖1次;实验末期进行糖耐量实验。结果桑叶黄酮能明显缓解糖尿病小鼠症状,具有明显控制糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖值升高、降低其血糖值和血糖曲线下面积的作用,糖尿病小鼠肝体比、肾脏重和肾体比均增高,而桑叶黄酮具有使其降低的作用。结论桑叶黄酮具有明显的降低血糖,改善糖尿病症状,降低肝体比的作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of flavonoids in mulberry leaves(FM) to diabetic mice.METHODS After succeed copying diabetic mice by Alloxan-induced,dividing models into 4 groups,that is,one model group,three different doses groups,and one natural control group.Administered orally distilled water,FM at dose of 1.00、0.50、0.25g·kg-1 BW per day,respectively for 6 weeks.Body weight was recorded weekly.Blood samples were collected for measurement of glucose at the 2rd and 4th and 6th weekend after fasting for 5h.Observing Glucose tolerance test at the 6th weekend.RESULTS Symptoms of diabetic mice fed FM were improved.The blood glucose level and the area under curve of the blood glucose decreased obviously.The ratio of liver to body weight,the kidney weight and the ratio of kidney to body weight increased obviously in diabetic mice,but,decreased obviously in the diabetic mice fed FM.CONCLUSION It is suggested that FM can reduce blood sugar as well as the ratio of liver to body weight,and improve the symptoms in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
