| 摘 要： | 目的研究临产孕妇和正常妇女凝血活酶时间（胛）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）四项指标变化及临床意义。方法采用SysmexCA－500型全自动血凝分析仪分别对135例临产孕妇、66例正常妇女（对照组）血液标本进行血浆凝血活酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原检测。结果临产孕妇组的PT明显低于正常对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；而TT、FIB明显高于正常对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；临产孕妇组APTT与正常对照组相比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在产前及分娩过程中，及时监测各项凝血指标对预测、预防和治疗产妇异常出血有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study thromboplastin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen (FIB)in normal pregnant women and pregnant women in labor and clinical significance of their changes.
