陕西省餐饮职业人群布鲁氏菌病感染现况及认知水平调查

摘    要:目的了解陕西省餐饮职业人群布病感染现状及对布病认知水平,评价布病对该职业人群的影响。方法以经营烧烤、羊肉餐馆、肉食店人群为重点,选取陕北、关中、陕南3个地区6个县(区)360人进行感染率、认知水平项目调查。结果检出阳性病例9例,感染率为2.5%,比本年全省人间布病监测感染率(1.05%)高。陕北和陕南地区分别检出阳性病例8例和1例,感染率相应为6.9%和0.84%,均高于本地区人间布病监测感染率。餐饮职业人群布病知晓率为27.5%,陕南关中为5.83%。结论餐饮职业人群布病疫情形势严峻,应加强宣传教育工作,改变职业人群的不良工作习惯,提高防护意识,降低布病感染率。

Abstract:Objective To survey the status of the Brucellosis infection and cognitive level for evaluating the impact of Brucellosis on catering population in Shaanxi.Methods 360 people operating barbecue,lamb restaurants and meat shops were surveied in three regions in Shaanxi.Results Nine cases were positive.The infection rate was 2.5% and that was higher than the whole province's in human surveillance.The infection rate was 6.90% in Yulin region and 0.84% in southern Shaanxi region.The awareness rate of Brucellosis was 27.5% and two regions's rate was 5.83% only.Conclusions Intensifying publicity and education and changing bad working habits should be taken to reduce the infection rate of Brucellosis in occupational population.
