摘 要: | 目的 ]探讨乳腺癌中MMP - 9和MMP - 2的表达与其分化、转移的关系。 方法 ]免疫组织化学方法检测 6 0例导管浸润型乳腺癌患者癌细胞MMP - 9和MMP - 2表达 ,其中出现淋巴结转移 34例 ,未出现淋巴结转移 2 6例 ;高、中、低分化分别为 6、2 8、2 6例。 结果 ]MMP - 9在淋巴结转移与非淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率分别为 88.2 3%与 5 7.6 9% (P <0 .0 1) ;在高、中、低分化组的阳性表达率分别为 16 .6 7%、78.5 7%与 88.4 6 % ,高分化组与中低分化组间差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;MMP - 2在淋巴结转移与非淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率分别为 91.17%与 6 1.5 3% (P <0 .0 1) ;在高、中、低分化组的阳性表达率分别为 16 .6 7%、81.14 %与 88.4 6 % ,高分化组与中低分化组间差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 ]乳腺癌细胞MMP - 9与MMP - 2的表达可能提示肿瘤的恶性度与淋巴结转移能力。

Abstract: | To study the expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 and its relationship with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer cells. The expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 in 60 breast cancer specimens, including 34 with lymph node metastases and 26 without, was detected immunohistochemically. The MMP-9 positive rate in the group with lymph node metastases and that without were 88.23% (30/34) and 57.69% (15/26) respectively ( P <0.01), and the rates in the cases of well, middle and poor differentiation were 16.67% (1/6), 78.57% (22/28) and 88.46% (23/26). The expression rate of MMP-9 in the cases of poor and middle differentiation was significantly higher than that of high ( P <0.01). The MMP-2 positive rate in the group with lymph node metastases and that without lymph node metastases were 91.17% (31/34) and 61.53% (16/26) respectively ( P <0.01), and the rates in the cases of well, middle and poor differentiation were 16.67% (1/6), 82.14% (23/28) and 88.46% (23/26). The expression of MMP-2 in the cases of poor and middle differentiation was significantly higher than that of high ( P <0.01). Conclusions] The detection of MMP-9 and MMP-2 expression in breast cancer cells may be helpful to predict the potentiality of lymph node metastases of breast cancer, as well as its malignancy. |
