| 摘 要： | 目的探讨保留腮腺嚼肌筋膜的腮腺切除术对味觉出汗综合征的预防效果.方法通过21名患者术后随防,并通过Minor试验,观察术后味觉出汗综合征的发生情况.结果在随访的21名患者中,有2例发生在患侧在潮红和出汗现象,与传统腮腺切除术的发病率(70%)相比明显降低.结论腮腺切除时保留腮腺嚼肌筋膜对预防味觉出汗综合征有显著效果.
