| 摘 要： | 肿瘤患者体内可以检测到针对肿瘤抗原的自身抗体,其产生是多种复杂机制共同作用的结果。其中,肿瘤自身抗原诱导机体产生肿瘤自身抗体是重要机制之一。目前研究发现肿瘤自身抗体与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。肿瘤自身抗体检测有着重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Autoantibodies against tumor antigens can be detected in cancer patients,and many compli- cated mechanisms might contribute to the formation of tumor autoantibodies.Tumor autoantigen which can in- duce the body to produce antibodies could be one of the main mechanisms.Recent findings demonstrate that tumor autoantibodies might be closely associated with the genesis and development of cancer.This review focuses on summarizing tumor autoantibodies which have been reported in recent literatures,describing the relationship between tumor autoantibodies and tumorigenesis,and addressing their clinical significance. |
