颈椎过伸性损伤的诊断和治疗

颈椎过伸性损伤并发的脊髓损伤易被漏诊。本文报告10例，其中8例有神经损伤，均取得满意疗效。重点讨论了其诊断依据和治疗方法。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperextension Injury of Cervical Spine

Hyperextension injury of cervical spine is not rarely seen clinicaly, but the diagnosis is often neglected or delayed.We present 10 eases of hyperextension injury of cervical spine, In which 8 were complicated with neural damages, and most of them with central spinal cord syndromes. The diagnosis depended mainly upoa the mechanism of the injury, clinical symptoms as well as significant signs of X rays .Among the 10 cases, 4 were treated by decompression of cervical spinal cord via anterior route and ilial grafting fusion of eervical spine, and 1 case was treated by stabilization via posterior route in emergeney operation The remaining cases was treated nonsurgicaly. All patients had satisfactory recovery.
