胃围手术期病人应用肠外营养支持的研究

摘    要:目的 评价胃围手术期病人胃肠外营养与普通输液的代谢效应 。方法 37例胃手术病人分成两组 ,胃肠外营养组接受肠外营养 ,普通输液组接受以葡萄糖供能为主的治疗。术前和术后1周观察血红蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数、血生化、血浆白蛋白、氮平衡及体重等的变化。结果 胃肠外营养组血浆白蛋白、氮平衡比术前增加 ,而普通输液组体重、血浆白蛋白水平下降 ,两组比较有显著差异 (p<0.05)。结论 适当的肠外营养对病人有利。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the metabolic effect of parenteral nutrition(PN) and common transfusion(CT) in patients of gastric perioperative period . Methods 36 patients of gastric operation were divided into 2 groups randomly. Patients of PN group accepted PN and patients of CT group accepted common transfusion in which glucose is chief energic source . The change of ferrohemoglobin , total lymphocyte count , blood biochemistry test , serum albumin , nitrogen blance , body weigh and etc was observed before and after a week of operation . Results serum albumin and nitrogen balance of postoperation increased significantly compared to those of preoperation in PN group patients, but body weigh and serum albumin of postoperation decreased significantly compared to those of preoperation in CT group patients (p<0.05). Conclusion proper PN is favorable to patient of gastric perioperative period .
