| 摘 要： | 成体干细胞多向分化潜能，极大地冲击了传统有关干细胞分化的理论，成体干细胞的研究对揭示生命的本质和内在规律具有重要的意义，本文就成体干细胞概念的演变、多能分化性以及其他特征，临床应用前景和目前存在的问题做一简要概述。并指出应用成体干细胞治疗人类疾病具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The multipotential adult stem cells are greatly impacting traditional cell differentiation theory. Researches on adult stem cell provide important insights into the biology of stem cell as well as internal regulations of the life. In this review, notional evolution, properties of the adult stem cells and their clinical applications are introduced, the existent problems in this field are briefly discussed. Rigorous investigation of these topics will lead to realistic approaches for stem cell therapy in the future in a variety of human diseases. |
