葛根素-安宫黄体酮序贯疗法治疗卵巢早衰的临床研究

目的研究葛根素-安宫黄体酮序贯疗法对卵巢早衰患者的治疗效果和应用经验。方法按标准随机将确诊为卵巢早衰的患者分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用雌-安宫黄体酮替代药物治疗,共30例,采用回顾性研究。治疗组采用葛根素胶囊-安宫黄体酮序贯疗法治疗卵巢早衰患者30例,研究周期2年,将临床疗效、激素水平变化作为评价指标进行对比分析。结果治疗组和对照组在治疗前后对比Kupperman评分均具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,但治疗前后两组之间评分并无明显差异（P〉0.05）。治疗组有效率与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。葛根素可有效降低垂体促激素（FSH）和黄体生成素（LH）的释放（P〈0.05）。与对照组相比,葛根素不增加患者体内雌激素水平（P〈0.05）。葛根素无肝肾功损害及雌激素相关性肿瘤发生。结论葛根素-安宫黄体酮序贯药物治疗技术是治疗卵巢早衰的一种安全有效的方法。

The Clinic Study of Puerarin-progesterone Systemic Treatment in the POF Patients

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of puerarin-progesterone systemic treatment method on premature ovarian failure（POF）patients.METHODS 60 cases have been observed and treated in our hospital from 1st January 2000 to 31st December 2011.The control group who take the traditional estrogen-progesterone pharmacy method in 30 cases were observed,while the treatment group with puerarin-progesterone group in 30 cases.The visiting period was two-year after the treating period starting.The clinic treatment effect,serology check about FSH,LH and E2,and the complications was compared between two groups.RESULTS The serology check shows that the pharmacy with puerarin-progesterone method was not significantly different from the traditional estrogen-progesterone pharmacy method in the clinic treatment effect（P0.05）,the score of Kupperman-methods comparing among before and after treatment in each group was significantly deferent（P0.05）,but no significant deference was found between two group（P0.05）,and check about FSH and LH.Significant difference about FSH and LH were found between before and after treatment both in two groups（P0.05）.While significant difference of E2 level was found between two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The puerarin-progesterone method maybe a more effective and safe than the traditional estrogen-progesterone pharmacy strategy for the POF patient
