肥胖对OSAHS患者心脏结构与功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨肥胖因素对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者心脏结构与功能的影响.方法:运用超声心动图对30例OSAHS患者进行检测,并按体重指数(BMI)分为非肥胖组(10例)、肥胖组(20例).结果:肥胖组心超异常率(80%)高于非肥胖组(50%),P<0.05.肥胖组主肺动脉宽于非肥胖组(P<0.05),肥胖组左室后壁厚度(P=0.056)、主动脉根部内径(P=0.077)、室间隔厚度(P=0.097)、左室心肌质量(P=0.097)大于非肥胖组.BMI与左房内径相关(r=0.40,P=0.028),与主肺动脉相关系数为0.346(P=0.077).结论:肥胖因素参与了OSAHS患者心脏结构和功能的损害.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of obesity on the cardiac structure and function of patients with OSAHS. Methods: Thirty patients with OSAHS were divided into no-obese group(n=10)and obese group(n=20) according to BMI with doppler echocardiography. Results: The ratio of abnormal results detected with Doppler echocardiography was higher in obese group (80%) than those in no-obese group (50%, P<0.05). The diameter of main pulmonary artery was wider in obese group than that in no-obese group(P<0.05). Left ventricular posterior wall thickness (P=0.056), aortic root dimension(P=0.077), interventricular septum thickness(P=0.097) and left ventricle weight (P=0.097)were higher in obese group than those in no-obese group. BMI was related to the inner diameter of left atrium(r=0.40,P=0.028) . The correlation coefficients between BMI and the diameter of main pulmonary artery was equal to 0.346(P=0.077). Conclusion: Obesity participates in the damage of cardiac structure and function in patients with OSAHS.
