| 摘 要： | 1989年5月～2000年6月,共行颅底陷入症手术治疗30例.其中,男16例,女14例,年龄10～50岁.病程6月～5年.行枕下减压术治疗30例,均痊愈出院.综合分析颅底陷入症的诊断和误诊原因,以及颅底陷入症手术治疗的适应证.

| Abstract: | From May 1989 to June 2000, 30 patients, 16 males and 14 femals, age ranged from 10 to 50 years old and the course from 10 to 50 years, with basilar impression underwent craniotomies. All of these 30 patients received suboccipital decompression and cured. The diagnosis, misdiagnostic reasons and indications of craniotomies of basilar impression were discussed in detail. |
