炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效分析

目的：观察炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法：将140例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组70例和对照组70例,分别静脉给予炎琥宁注射液5～10mg/（kg·d）和利巴韦林10～15mg/（kg·d）,疗程7d,观察两组患儿治疗后体温恢复正常时间,皮疹、疱疹消退时间,住院时间及疗效和不良反应等情况。结果：治疗组治疗后体温恢复正常时间,皮疹、疱疹消退时间,住院时间均明显低于对照组（均P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后显著疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后均无变态反应、消化道反应、血液系统反应及致热原样反应等不良反应。结论：炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病疗程短、见效快、无明显毒副作用。

Observation of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection in treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease

Objective：To observe the curative effect of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection on children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease（HFMD）. Methods：140 child patients with HFMD were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group 70 cases were treated with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection 5-10 mg/（kg·d） intravenously and the control group 70 cases were treated with ribavirin 10-15 mg/ （kg·d） intravenously. Seven days for one period of treatment.Observed the time of temperature returned to normal,rashes,herpes subsidise time,hospitalization time and curative effect and the adverse reactions,etc. Results：The time of temperature returned to normal,the rashes,herpes subsidise time,hospitalization time of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the remarkable curative effect in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The two groups had no allergic reaction,gastrointestinal reaction and reaction and hot blood system and original adverse reactions. Conclusion：Potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection can shorten the treatment period and improve the curative effect in children with HFMD.
