| 摘 要： | 苓桂术甘汤灌胃,对氯仿引起小鼠室颤的发生率有明显的抑制作用;对氯仿—肾上腺素所致大白鼠心律失常可缩短心律失常持续时间;还可延长氯化钡引起大白鼠心律失常的潜伏期和缩短心律失常持续时间;揭示苓桂术甘汤对实验性心律失常有明显的保护作用。

Protective Action of Ling Gui Shu Gan Tang on Arrhythmia |

| Abstract: | Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang(Decoction of Poria,Bighead Atractylodes,Cin- namom and Licorice)giving orally to experimental animals,showed the following ac- tions:reduced markedly the incidence rate of ventricular fibrillation caused by chlo- roform in mice;shortened the duration of arrhythmia caused by chloroform-a- drenalin in rats;prolonged the incubation period of arrhythmia and shortened the duration of arrhythmia caused by barium chloride in rats,suggesting that this de- coction had marked protective action for experimental arrhythmia. |
