| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定维C银翘片中绿原酸的含量。方法以Symmetry Shild RP C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸在0.104μg~1.04μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为97.68%,RSD=0.96%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于维C银翘片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Weisiyingqiao Tablets.Methods The determination was performed by HPLC on Symmetryshield RP C_(18)column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-water(0.4%phosphric)(13∶87 by volume) as a mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1),detection wavelength was at 327nm.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.104 μg~1.04 μg.The average recovery was 97.68%,RSD=0.96%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and rapid with good reproducibility and it can be used for control the quality of Weisiyingqiao Tablets. |
