吗丁啉联合四磨汤治疗新生儿胃食管反流的临床观察

目的观察吗丁啉联合四磨汤治疗新生儿胃食管反流(GER)的效果。方法经食管钡剂造影诊断明确的68例新生儿胃食管反流者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组34例,治疗组在喂奶前20~30分钟口服或鼻饲吗丁啉(0.3 mg/Kg.次),q8h,并合用四磨汤(1m l/Kg.次),每日3次,对照组仅服用吗丁啉,疗程均为5天。结果治疗组显效26例,有效5例,无效3例,有效率88.2%。对照组显效17例,有效7例,无效10例,有效率70.6%。两组比较结果差异有统计学意义,2χ=4.66,P<0.05。结论吗丁啉联合四磨汤治疗新生儿胃食管反流效果明显,无毒副作用,且有利于生长发育。

Clinical observation of the effect of Domperidone combined with Simo-soup on neonatal GER

Objective: To observe the effect of Domperidone combined with Simo-soup in the treatment of neonatal GER.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with GER were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(34 cases) were treated with Domperidone(0.3mg.Kg~(-1),q8h)and Simo-soup(1mg.Kg~(-1),q8h)before feeding;and the control group were treated with Domperidone alone,The process lasted 5 days.Results: The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group disappeared earlier than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 88.2% in the treatment group and 70.6% in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The use of Domperidone combined with Simo-soup in treating GER is more effective than the use of Domperidone alone.
