| Abstract: | A rare prenatal case of congenital diaphragmatic eventration is reported. Fixed elevation of the right hemidiaphragm since the early fetal period suggests irreversibility of the eventration. A rationale for early surgical plication in symptomatic congenital eventration is proposed. |
