食管癌高发区农村居民饮食状况及对食管癌认知调查

摘    要:目的:了解食管癌高发区农村居民生活状况、饮食习惯及对食管癌认知状况,为防癌抗癌服务。方法:用自制问卷入户对四川省盐亭县、南部县4个乡镇20岁以上的农村留守居民的饮食状况及其对食管癌认知情况进行调查。结果:近1年高发区居民进食泡菜、腌菜、酸菜量少的比例分别为43.8%、72.4%、54.3%;了解和清楚食管癌的人只有17.9%,了解和清楚本地区为食管癌高发区的人只有17.9%,了解和清楚食管癌常见诱因、主要症状、治疗措施、预防措施、政府干预措施的人分别7.1%、19.9%、5.7%、3.0%、1.7%。结论:食管癌高发区农村居民生活条件明显改善,但抗癌防癌宣传有待进一步加强,特别是对食管癌的认知宣传教育。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the eating habits of rural residents in high-incidence area of esophageal cancer and their cognition of esophageal caner,and provide service for the prevention of cancer.Methods: Rural stay-at-home residents aged over 20 years were surveyed in 4 towns from Yanting county and Nanbu county,using a self-administrated questionnaire on their eating habits and cognition of esophageal cancer.Results: In recent 1 year,43.8%,72.4%,54.3% residents in high-incidence areas of esophageal cancer ate little amount of sauerkraut,pickle,sour vegetable,respectively.17.9% residents understood or distinctly understood esophageal cancer.17.9% residents understood or distinctly understood the local area was high-incidence area of esophageal cancer.7.1%,19.9%,5.7%,3.0%,1.7% residents understood or distinctly understood the common etiological factors,symptoms,therapeutic measures,preventive measures,intervention measures of esophageal cancer,respectively.Conclusion: The living conditions of rural residents in high-incidence area of esophageal cancer were obviously improved,but the propaganda of anticancer and prevention of esophageal cancer should be strengthened,especially in their cognition of esophageal caner.
