| 摘 要： | 用不同手术方法治疗髌骨骨折４０例，结果用聚髌器治疗的８例疗效优者６例，良者２例，认为，镍钛形状记忆聚髌器应作为首选固定方法，髌骨部分切除术只限于髌骨下极粉碎性骨折。克氏针钢丝张力带固定法、环形钢丝固定法，因其各自缺点在临床上应慎用。

| Abstract: | Forty cases of patellar fracture were treated with different
operationprograms.Eight of the 40 cases were treated with Nickel-Tianium patella
collector(NTPC),among which the cure effect was excellent in 8 cases and good in 2 cases.The
authors believe that fixation with NTPC should be the patellapexy of choice;partialresection of
patella was only used for comminuted fracture of inferior extremity ofpatella;and fixation with
tension band wire suture or cicular steel wire should be usedcautiously because of each
defect. |
