| 摘 要： | 本文报告采用自制液氮浸冷式冷冻器治疗孔源性视网膜脱离２８９例（２９９眼）．取得了满意效果，治愈率达９３．７％，有效率为９７．０％。冷冻器在液氮中浸泡９０ｓ后，温度可达－１７０℃，维持有效低温时间较长，经巩膜全层冷冻封闭视网膜裂孔仅需４ｓ～６ｓ．疗效可靠。并发症少。

| Abstract: | his paper reports 289 cases(299 eyes)of rhematogenous retinal detachment treated by usingself-made Iiquid nitrogen immersed cryoprobe. satisfactory result is achieved with the curativerate of 93. 7 % and the effective rate of 97%. Immersed in liquid nitrogen for 90 seconds,thetemperature of the cryopboe amounts to,-170℃ and maintains effective low temoerature for alonger time. In addition,it takes only 4 to 6 seconds to seal the retinal holes through cryopexy ofthe whole thickness of sclera,The result of treatment is trustworthy and there are few postopera- tive complications. |
