| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用带螺旋刀片的PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的适应证、方法和临床疗效。方法应用PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折共55例。结果55例中42例得到3个月￣2年随访,其中优34例,良7例,差1例。结论应用PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,临床效果可靠,固定牢固,可早期下地活动,患肢功能恢复良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the indicatio,method and clinical curative effect for treatment of senile intertrochanterie fractures with PFNA. Methods Using PFNA treatment of surgical method for senile intertroehanterie fractures 55 examples.Results In 55 examples 42 examples obtain 3 months - 2 year to make a follow - up visit , superior 34 examples, still good 7 examples, difference l examples. Conclusion The conclusion applies PFNA treatment of surgical method for senile intertrochanteric fractures the clinical effect reliable, fixed is reliable , but under the early time the activity, contracts the extremity function to restore good. |
