| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨相思子碱的药理作用.方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法;免疫器官重量和溶血素生成方法;四氯化碳(CCl4)和异硫氰酸萘酯所致肝损伤模型,观察相思子碱抗炎、免疫增强和抗肝损伤的影响.结果:相思子碱大、小剂量组均能明显减少小鼠耳廓重量,增加小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量,提高小鼠血清溶血素水平;明显降低CCl4和异硫氰酸萘酯所致肝损伤小鼠血清中转氨酶活性及胆红素含量.结论:相思子碱具有抗炎、免疫增强和抗肝损伤作用.
